Fresh Fruit Smoothie

Fresh Fruit Smoothie

In the food processor add:
One cup of plain yogurt-
Half of a cup of milk-
Three or four ice cubes-
A banana
Several strawberries,
(Some sugar (though optional)
You may add any fruit, two or three work best.)
Optional but healthy is to add Two tablespoons of grounded almonds.
Blend.
Serve.
