The waiting is so hard!

So beautiful, Corey! Especially your final sentence(s) ... I had never thought of a grandchild or newborn in a family as embodying parts of those we've loved, some of whom are gone. Thank you for that! xoxo Kate

You will be an amazing grandmother. I remember my daughter saying not to dress her child up, but secretly I had several vintage outfits that I took pictures of him in and by then she didn't mind. I can't wait to see pictures of your little, precious one.

My grandnephew is just a year. Lots of fun to watch him learning about simple things, like spoons and sprinklers and spaghetti. You will have so much fun!

perfect...sending LOVE...Judy B

It's the most wonderful, glorious thing, Corey, this being a grandparent. So glorious. I am SO enjoying your anticipation. <3

Exciting. Those baby shoes are so cute! I wouldn't name the baby Archie, lol.

Beautiful post. I am excited to be able to share this happiness with you and your family. Thanks for so generously allowing us a peek into Chelsea and Martin's bundle of joy:)
PS I'm nannying for a wee one (Winslow, 14 mos) and I am absolutely smitten! He is a dumpling bundle of joy and happiness every single moment! You are going to have a ball!!!

Another PS, Are you only going to speak English to him, like you did with your kids?

Corey, please share a picture of the "grandchildren " cabinet, the one with the all the treasures that children will LOVE to see and hear the stories that go with them. We are so excited for all of you. Thank you for sharing this journey with us!

Love, Love, Love it. You are going to have such fun :)
