Prayers are a beautiful thing. When prayers go up blessings come down.
Prayers and love always
Love Jeanne

I'm so glad you are there, and that your faith gives you comfort. Marty is in my daily thoughts, and you are too. xoxo

From my heart to yours...prayers for Marty and all around him. Sending love, Corey.

so beautiful...so loving....I wish my family had done something like this....such a foundation you all were given to draw strength and love when needed and knowing it was there during the "normal" times...as part of the normal....you and all whom you love and all you hold-- the strengths and fears--- are held so close they are part of my being-with love and prayers …..

Indeed. I remember sleepovers at my Aunt’s home. Before bedtime we all gathered for prayers. My Uncle reading a Bible verse or two, The Lord’s Prayer follows by prayers for family, friends, health and for peace. That feeling of the love of family and the love of God and Jesus. Now I feel that when praying on my own during the day and at night and it gives so much strength and calm.

What wonderful solace to call on; such a beautiful gift of love and strength from long ago but always with you when needed. Thank you for sharing such a precious memory of steadfast faith. XX

A lovely gift that now holds you all in good stead. xo, jackie

I hope your many readers' wave of prayers for Marty can do the same for you now. Even if silent, they are there. I hope you don't mind, I have added his first name to the prayer basket on the altar at my church. I pray every day for you and all your family as well as Marty. God is good.

wow...what a blessing to have grown up with that kind of family faith and example.
that choir of angels....those waves of love and prayer...
God bless your grandfather.

Corey,

"Our House" was playing on my Spotify when your email came in.

I mean...WHAT?

Thought you'd love that...I did!

xx

Some of my sweetest childhood memories were my grandmother’s nightly reading of Bible verses, discussion of their meaning, prayers and then being tucked into bed by her with a kiss on the forehead and always, “Sleep tight. Don’t let the bedbugs bite. “

Blessings for Marty and your whole family when I light my morning candle.

While my sister lay in a coma for six months all those years ago, I felt the incredible power of the prayers being whispered by the masses who loved me/us. Their prayers sustained me. As a child, my little mum would always say in times of struggle, "Offer it up to God, Jan-Marie." Today, when the worries overwhelm and waves of grief crash over me, prayer brings calm to my soul and my spirit.

Thinking of you, praying for you. xxxx
