Beautiful paintings and another very interesting post from another guest blogger.
I enjoy reading each one.

Dear Lil, I very much enjoyed your post. Love your paintings! Being on the sixth floor in Paris must have been good exercise back in the day! And what a beautiful view you have from your home in Marin County. San Francisco was a good choice for a post-New York move, and probably an artsier city when you arrived back then.

So interesting. A lovely life and such wonderful paintings!

Loved reading about your adventures, may they continue for a long time to come!

My goodness, I loved reading this. I felt wonder and a bit chilly reading about your chambre de bonne. Your son is beautiful. Your paintings are beautiful too. What loveliness. Thanks for sharing about your adventures.

A lovely post

Corey – it’s been a joy to read these posts. you have an amazing group of followers!

Love your paintings! And all the inspiration comes from living in beautiful Marin. Thanks for sharing.

I thought I f I had one wish it would be to be able to sing..now I need two.

If only I could paint like you Lil!

Lil, thanks so much for the wonderful post. It is so nice to meet all the creative people who read this blog. For the life of me I could not remember the name of the famous painting you posted of the old man in the chambre de bonne. Please, put me out of my misery and tell us the name of the painting and who painted it.

Your own paintings are lovely and even down-sized, they glow on the canvas.

Thanks for all your kind words!! The painting of the chambre de bonne is titled 'The Poor Poet' by Carl Spitzweg 1839.

Thank you so much! Lil. Now my silly monkey mind can move on to something else. Merci beaucoup.

Loving reading all the quest posts and your paintings are incredibly beautiful
