Hi Corey, get well and try not to worry about local or global events. The attacks on France are evil and disturbing but in faith remember that good always wins over evil. Great that Chelsea is with you and little Gabriel brightens your day. It's the small things in life that are important. Prayers continue for loved ones including for your brother. Peace!

Sending you and yours love love and then some more love. How can I love someone I have never met so much? But I do. You have enriched my life, just by your calm words and generosity. And now you expand that circle by introducing us to more people to love. Thank you. And feel better soon...I'm getting a cold too. How? How? I must have caught it from you.... ;-)

My comment disappeared! I'll try again ...

Feel better soon, Corey!

Sharing part of my story on your blog was a wonderful experience, and I encourage other readers to give it a go! Thanks for the opportunity.

I'm glad to read that your brother can feel the impact of our prayers. Hooray and hallelujah!

I'm hopeful for the outcome of this election, and at the same time, nervous!

God bless you and your family, Corey.

I am such a believer in prayer, I am so glad to hear that your brother is feeling them! Assure him they will continue!

Thank you for all the introductions to your readers -everyone has such good stories to share, I love each one!

We can all take solace in that we have all done what we can in regard to the election in the U.S., the rest is out of our control; however, we can continue to pray for good, and work to make those good things happen.

Hugs all around friends. Chins up, and let's move forward with knowledge it will work out in the end, if it hasn't worked out, it isn't the end. Love will win and triumph eventually.

Hope you feel better soon Corey. Your brother is in my thoughts with all good wishes for his health. And hopefully the suspense about the presidency will be over soon. My son just sent me the link to John McCain's concession speech. He kept his supporters from booing his opponent and his speech was optimistic and unifying. Worth a listen... https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NvgqRKYapU8&feature=emb_logo

Peace

Gosh you are surely in the wars with your cold....hopefully Gabriel will work his magic some more and your cold will just evaporate before long. As for your elections in the US, I struggle to understand how it all works, as our parliamentary system seems so much more straight forward...so I hope for everyone's sakes that it is resolved soon without violence or further nastiness and they focus on thrashing the Covid virus.
Best warm Kiwi wishes to your brother, often wonder how he is doing, so glad to know he is keeping on keeping on and doing us proud! Cheers and get well soon from NZ

I have been an election clerk in my borough for on and off over 40 years. The election Tuesday tore our hearts and patience to shreds. Long lines, abusive voters, feeling that they deserved priority made the day less fun. We clapped for all of our first time voters and praised them. We felt the tensions as people waited without grace and kindness. I was intimidated by Trump monitors that contested an issue of no importance or malfeasiance. It was sad to see our neighbors irritable and demanding. Our covid protections were not universally accepted - that is challenging over a 15 hour day. Yes we are on edge. Yes people have been told by the president to expect the worst from these volunteer workers. Yes it all made me sad and discouraged for America.

Bless your dear heart, Corey. Thank you so much for the update.
Prayers and positive thoughts have and will continue for Marty and your family,
Gabriel, a sweet and wonderful gift to all, a true delight to warm the heart. You are blessed.
Sending you so much love and strength as you continue to heal.
I remain hopeful for my country and the healing that is to come. There IS a better time comin’...
Take care, dear friend. 💕

Gail Dawson-White, I'm sad to read about your experience, and I want to say a huge thank you for your service!

Gail Dawson White, Thank you for weathering the storm. For holding out the truth in your heart and responding with dignity. I am disappointed that you were faced with rudeness and treated badly. Your efforts are seen, and appreciated and give us hope!

Corey - I am behind on my emails. Sorry to hear about your brother but we, your readers, keep him and your entire family in our hearts.
And how lovely that Chelsea and family are able to stay with you in the "country". What a blessing for you all.
