Delightful post! Thanks for sharing your vignettes and great photos.

Just wow. You have managed a way to surround yourself with beauty all your life! I enjoyed reading about all the little peeks (or peaks! lol) in your life! Thank you!

Laurie-Annya...hopefully we will get to know each other more in the Spring!
Loved seeing the photo of a you all at a table I know so well.

I have walked by your apartment in Cassis so many times over the years. It’s one of our favourite places. You
are living our fantasy life. Well done. Maybe some year we will meet.
Thank you for sharing your story.

Bonjour à tous,

Thank you Corey for sharing another delightful reader with us. Thank you Laurie-Annya for your inspiring story. Both of y'all have probably been to the Brocante held in Nice each Monday, if not, consider this an invite; I treat myself at the beginning of challenging school weeks and walk through it for an hour or so. Would love to do that with pros as my hubby hates anything old (except me!).

And, I couldn't agree more with Monsieur Franklin: "Everyman has two nations and one of them is France." That is my motto.

Bonne journée à tout le monde,
Ella

Thank you, Laurie-Annya, for sharing scenes from your adventures & life. I too hope to make my dream of buying a home in the South of France come true soon. I've subscribed to your insta account with its beautiful photos for more inspiration!

Mary Oliver...her poem about peonies...
I find all of your guest writers interesting and even feel a sense of "kinship" to some. Mary Oliver, Rumi, moving to France in your 60's, repurposing, brocantes, well, they all speak to me, and not in a shy manner at all. Nope! It pretty much shouts "a person I'd love to get to know." Just loved this post.
