Summer's end, and when it does, please take the heat with you.
It has been too hot this summer.
Though it feels like this might become our new normal.

We, too, have had extreme heat. Last week temps were over 100 degrees with 110 - 115 heat index. This is very unusual.
Our summer started out in a drought, but then we got rain in July which is usually dry. We got 4.25 inches of rain yesterday.
Our planet is under siege!

I believe the hottest summers, at least across the Midwest and great plains, were the dust bowl years of 1930 through 1936. Climate cycles through many changes over eons of time
