It does look good enough to serve on a platter for lunch! My Mothers family came from Cork. Unfortunately I have not had a visit. Her fathers family came from Scotland and on the other side my fathers family came from Devon and Cornwall....plus a bit of Wales, as they would have come from there in the first place, so I am well and truly wrapped up in that part of the world....New Zealand has much the same scenery, you should come by in the summer....we are heading in to winter now...a storm covering the country today, but clearing tomorrow...so the fire is going and we are hunkering down.
