French Brocante Opera Glasses,
1900s
a pair of well used opera glasses.
Well used and yet sold at the brocante. Kind of sad isn't it?
The worn part (last photo) shows where your thumbs would rest if you used them.
Can you imagine how many operas you would have to go to to wear off the enamel painting?
Charming in a case that isn't the right case. Picked up by mistake??
Lovely history you cannot buy at Target or TJ Maxx, therefore the cost...
SOLD

French Brocante:
Handwritten Notes to Reading Cards
French 1920s
So rare, so delicious, so magical and creative.
Why am I selling it!!
Inside a medical agenda, someone wrote page after pages (not all photo-ed.)
how to read a romantic TAROT with regualer playing cards.
It is a beautiful read about love and relationships. I daresay with honesty
nevertheless, that you will never find another like this. Want to learn the language of love?
Want to learn French? Do you throw Tarot?
SOLD
