The First Day of the New Year

The first day of the new year, what will it hold? Where willit take us, lead us, bring us… Where will our hearts be next year?

As the day unfolds reflection finds me, asking me what, where, who, why, does it do the same to you?

Blogging on the cruise was a challenge…. Slow internet… iPhone posting took over yesterday and today. I will add Corisca and Malta in the days to come.

NewYear what will you ask of me? Where will my path take me? Who or what will be my muse?

    This time last year, I was a writer for magazines….this year I’m a teacher at a local college. My plan is to continue learning and stretching and to always, always have time for perusing Tongue in Cheek!

    Hmm my hopes for 2012 would be that a friend who is from Willows comes to visit.That we all have great joy and good health this year. That I remember to stand up straight, eat better, be kinder and more patient.

    Happy New Year, Corey! It sounds like 2012 is already off to a good start for you. I hope the new year brings to you more adventures, opportunities, friendships, love, photo ops, and everything else you would wish for in the upcoming months. As for me, we’re keeping our fingers crossed that something in particular will happen soon. If, should, when that happens, then 2012 will be an exciting year. Fingers crossed!
