We live in a world that feels like it’s overflowing with cruelty, greed, and heartbreak, and the challenge isn’t to look away—but to stay present without letting it swallow us whole.

I try to do these things:
Anchor myself in what is tangible—my family, my home, nature, friends, the little rituals…

Hold awareness by letting it teach me, without letting it take over. Read, listen, pray – then step back before the noise takes over, and confuses me to numbness.

Protect humanity with intention— because even in a world that can feel so unkind, choosing to love is one of the most radical acts of all.
