Prayers and acts of Faith

On this feast day of light my candle burns softly. Glowing, steadfast and strong. May this day be a prayer of light for:

MaryKate’s and Rafa’s baby boy…in thanksgiving for a clean bill of health! Miracles do happen!

For Shelley and Minerva…I pray for healing, courage and grace!

My candle burns as a reminder to pray in happiness for those I love, in thanksgiving for life! In hope for those most in need of prayer.

For Nina, and her family, and for Kali and Peggy.

The candle is burning for those I promised to pray for; Aunt Sara and Veroniques’s mother.

And for those in my heart whos names I hold close.

Prayers big and small, Thankful and Pleading, Prayers said by action and thought, prayers as simple as lighting a candle on this feast day of LIGHT! My prayers are with yours…

  1. I honestly have never heard of the feast of light. what a wonderful day! Must look into it and see if it is something we celebrate here. Being a converted Catholic, I am not too sure of all the celebrations.
I do love the candle sconce – oh how I wish we had rustic antiques like you do & love the green ribbon under it too. looks quite vintage, I have a thing for vintage ribbon.

  2. many humble thanks, and blessings and prayers to you and your family in return. xo

Thank you, Corey, for remembering us in your prayers. Everyday I marvel at the power of prayer to keep us strong and to cure us. I hope you’re having a wonderful birthday celebration in Paris! Ooh, la, la! We are celebrating our good health in San Francisco!
