For over thirty years, I’ve called France home—living between Provence and Paris, collecting stories, brocante finds, friendships, and recipes along the way.

A French la Vie Journey is a chance to step into that rhythm with me.

We stay in one place— my home, no packing and repacking.
We slow down. We savor.
We go to my favorite brocantes—not the ones in the guidebooks.
You’ll find things you didn’t know you were looking for.

We meet brocante dealers I’ve known for decades, who let us enter the universe, who know what we’re looking for, who will enchant you. Whether you’re buying or just soaking it in, there’s something about it that stays with you. You come to Provence, and I welcome you as I would an old friend.

We visit local artisans, markets, private homes, and studios.
We enjoy meals together at long tables, share stories, laugh.
There’s time to rest (is there really?). And time to wander.
You’ll see Provence, as a participant in everyday life here.
